1. After-sales Guarantee Policy
Damaged Goods Handling: Free reshipment or exchange will be provided upon submission of photos proving damaged packages, liquid leakage or broken outer packaging. Non-artificial quality defects are eligible for replacement within the after-sales period.
Slow-moving & Order Negotiation: Long-term cooperative distributors can negotiate replacement plans for near-expiry products under compliant conditions. Online retail orders follow the three-package rules of corresponding platforms.

2. Shelf Life Specifications
Production date and shelf life are clearly labeled on all finished products before delivery:
Grain flakes & dried goji berries: 12–18 months
Puree beverages: 6–12 months
All products are manufactured in strict accordance with SC production standards, and near-expiry goods will be screened and eliminated by quality inspection before warehouse delivery.
3. Product Usage & Storage Instructions
Dried groceries, grains, goji berries and mulberries: Seal and store in a cool, dry and dark place to avoid moisture and pests, keep away from high temperature and humid environments; consume promptly after opening.
Goji berry / seabuckthorn puree: Store unopened at room temperature away from light; refrigerate after opening and finish consumption within a short period.
Highland barley tea & edible salt: Keep sealed and stored away from moisture and steam.
4. Supporting Maintenance (Food Products Without Mechanical Equipment)
Our company mainly engages in food and agricultural specialty products with no equipment maintenance service provided. For bulk customized OEM products with formula or packaging defects caused by our factory, we offer free rework.
